For this reason, if selling upon exit, Beverly Hills Diamond Collection generously agrees to retail the collection you’ve chosen at your purchase price, maximizing your return for a 10% fee (please expect 12 – 24 months to liquidate the assets). If you perform an independent evaluation or appraisal and it is lower (third-party appraisals available for a fee), this offer will remain, but offering for sale at your re-evaluation less our 10% fee. By entering into this exchange you agree that Beverly Hills Diamond Collection is under no obligation to pay you above any appraisal obtained by you, and obtaining appraisals can irreparably devalue the jewelry for the retail market.
